Can my dog be out in the yard when you are here?

Yes, as long as your dog is not aggressive toward our technician. Our team loves dogs and may even play with them or offer a treat!

Do you make sure my dogs don't get out of the yard?

Absolutely. We always close the gate after service and send a picture as confirmation. Our techs are trained to be very cautious entering and exiting your yard.

Do you charge extra for the first service?

No, we do not charge extra for your first service when signing up for recurring visits. We do have a 4-service minimum commitment.

When am I charged for pet waste removal services?

You are charged automatically after each service. We do not require advance payments.

Can you notify me before you arrive?

Yes, we offer notifications by phone call, text message, or email. You can choose your preferred method.

What areas of my yard are included in the service?

Standard service includes the backyard—grass, flowerbeds, patios, and similar areas. Front yard service can be added for $9.00 per visit.

What if I need to skip a service or I am out of town?

You can request to skip a visit via the client portal or by contacting us directly if your dog won't be home or you're away.

I have a lock on my gate, how can I give you access to the yard?

You can provide us with the gate combination. We can also install a free combo lock upon request for easier access.

What if there is bad weather?

We work in most weather, including rain. If conditions are dangerous (like lightning), we will notify you of any delay and reschedule if needed.

What is the cost for pooper scooper services?

Prices start at $23/week for once-a-week service. Pricing may vary based on frequency and number of dogs.
