Together, Chase and Mandy McFarlane have cultivated Tropical Pools into a cornerstone of craftsmanship and professionalism in Southwest Florida. Originally from Melbourne, FL, Mandy moved to Fort Myers to pursue her Bachelor’s degree in Education at FGCU. Beyond work, she finds fulfillment in family time, travel, and managing their family farm. They share a deep love for the business and take pride in nurturing their children in a supportive and loving environment. Chase, a Cape Coral native, brings extensive construction expertise with Florida licenses as a Certified General Contractor and Certified Pool Contractor. His steadfast dedication ensures that every project at Tropical Pools meets the highest standards, solidifying their reputation as a trusted name in the industry.

Salesman
Ronnie is a knowledgeable Salesman who’s passionate about helping customers bring their dream pools to life. With over 20 years of experience, he comes with a customer-first approach and a solid understanding of design and function. He’s here to make the process smooth, stress-free, and get the job done right.

Pool Renovation Specialist
With years of hands-on experience, Danny oversees all aspects of renovations and offers expert consulting on newer pool designs. Having lived in Florida for over 50 years, he brings deep local knowledge and a true passion for all things water-related. When not working, you’ll likely find him out on a boat, fishing, or relaxing with two beloved cats nearby!
Frank S.
Salesman
Frank was born and raised in Tampa and began his career building pools throughout the Tampa Bay area. After receiving a great opportunity, he moved with his family to Cape Coral, where he has continued doing what he loves, designing and selling pools for over 20 years. As a seasoned salesman, pool designer, and estimator at Tropical Pools, Frank brings deep industry knowledge, creativity, and a passion for helping homeowners bring their backyard visions to life. He’s proud to call Southwest Florida home, and believes it’s one of the best places to live and raise a family
Janet I.
Scheduler
With a background in sales management and administration, Janet keeps the pool building process running smoothly, from scheduling each step and ordering materials to handling warranties and processing customer invoices! Before moving to Florida in 2017, she and her husband of 46 years owned and operated four national franchise storefronts. Outside of work, she enjoys beach days, boating, and all things crafty, alongside their beloved three Shih Tzus and six cheerful parakeets.

Receptionist
With a strong background in accounts receivable, telemarketing, and small business ownership, Donna brings a wealth of real-world experience and professionalism to the Tropical Pools team. Her entrepreneurial spirit and customer-first mindset make her a valuable asset in every interaction and behind-the-scenes process. She’s married, a proud grandmother, and loves spending her free time relaxing by the beach.
